Every student should have the power to define their own future. Let’s close the opportunity gap in Kentucky by transforming postsecondary advising and support. We help schools and districts do this by expanding their knowledge and capacity. We demystify the postsecondary landscape. And we empower students and educators to navigate that landscape successfully. Our unique approach prioritizes strong human relationships, and it’s proven to deliver real student impact.
This partnership has supported strategic conversations as it relates to postsecondary. The different ideas and approaches have helped us think about how we can improve. We’ve been able to confirm that we are doing strong work, and also find places where we can grow as a district.
Lumina Foundation supported a partnership with the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE) and OneGoal, enabling us to provide our Leadership Network for 10 districts in Kentucky during the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 school years. In addition, we are coaching CPE on statewide implementation and strategy. With the support of CPE and Lumina Foundation, we’re improving postsecondary work for districts and schools across Kentucky, reaching over 10,000 students.
This webinar with Dr. Aaron Thompson of the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE) and Dr. Lynette Balkcom of the Texas Impact Network presents system-level strategies for postsecondary readiness in rural districts.
