In today’s economy a postsecondary credential is crucial to attain social mobility and a family sustaining wage. In Chicago, nearly 75% of Chicago Public Schools students aspire to obtain a bachelor’s degree, but only 30% of current CPS ninth-graders are projected to obtain a degree. As OneGoal’s founding region, we are here to empower students to not only pursue a postsecondary education but to realize their aspirations and earn their degrees.
