The OneGoal Leadership Network is a unique opportunity for select districts to join a supportive community of experts and peers working to close equity gaps. Partners receive these benefits at no cost through an initial funding period of three years.

The second largest school district in Illinois, Elgin U-46 partnered with OneGoal to accelerate efforts to prepare their large and diverse student population for college and career. The partnership has led to a cultural shift in the district, resulting in more students documenting a postsecondary plan and applying for federal student aid.
Proviso Township High School D209 serves 4,540 students across multiple high schools. To support adults across the district to become strong champions for postsecondary advising, Proviso partnered with OneGoal. The partnership has led to a district-wide FAFSA completion rates of 81%.
