There is not an age group more severely impacted by poor nutrition than infants, adolescents, and youth. Poor nutrition has irreversible effects on a child's ability to develop, grow properly, and experience good health later in life.
One Goal encourages youth to eat properly and consume the right nutrients, and participate in activities that will keep you healthy like football and other sports.
One Goal also encourage mothers and parents to ensure their kids have a diet full of nutrition, especially in the first thousand days of life.
